W&J Construction seeks experienced Construction Accountant familiar with all aspects of the accounting cycle and job costing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working with an ERP System (W+J uses Foundations for Construction)
- Experience with CPM software (W+J uses Paskr)
- Proficient with Excel
- Manage receivables, payables, and credit cards
- Working understanding of construction specific processes, i.e. Owner Direct Purchase, Cost Plus vs Hard Bid, Certified Payroll, Retainage
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills, directly interacting with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, superintendents, and project managers.
- Public accounting experience a plus. Must be self-motivated, organized, and enjoy staying busy. Competitive pay and benefits. Opportunity for advancement.

- Bachelor’s (Preferred)

- GAAP: 2 years (Preferred)

PAY: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
