IBIS Medical Office Building
Viera will soon have a new Class-A Medical Office Building. W+J is building the 14,000 sq. ft. shell building, as well as the 3,000 sq. ft. build-out and tenant improvements.
The IBIS Medical Office Building will be located across the street from the hospital in Viera at 2339 Medico Ln. It will consist of seven suites, including a pulmonary center. The interior will include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, structures, architecture, and interiors.
