Stradley Memorial Park – Concession/Restroom Remodel, Cocoa
The City of Cocoa has once again awarded W+J Construction another improvement project at Stradley Park. W+J Construction is remodeling and expanding the existing concession building at Don “Mo” Stradley Park at 1881 Rosetine St., off Clearlake Rd. in Cocoa for the Brevard County Parks & Recreation Dept., in collaboration with the City of Cocoa. Once complete, the new 1,655 SF building will consist of concessions, two new ADA restroom stalls and a new 22′ x 15′ meeting room on the 1st floor, with a new open floorplan storage room added to the existing scoring booth and uniform storage areas on the 2nd floor. The building’s exterior will include a new 5’ wide sidewalk on the east side of the building and new water fountains.
