Originally from New Gretna, New Jersey, Ty Steele now calls Vero Beach home. He brings over 30 years of commercial construction experience to W+J, where his hands-on knowledge and leadership make him a valuable asset to our team.
Ty began his career as a Carpenter Apprentice and steadily advanced through the ranks to become a Journeyman, then Foreman, and now Superintendent. For the past 15 years, he has specialized in healthcare construction, enabling him to step confidently into managing complex projects for our healthcare clients from day one.
Outside of work, Ty enjoys his faith, family, and the outdoors. His passions include surfing, fishing, hunting, and training his Rottweilers. A proud father of three and grandfather, Ty cherishes time spent with his partner Jennifer and their dogs—often enjoying the beach or exploring nature together.
