MEET THE TEAM: Ryan Spradlen, Superintendent
Though originally from Lakeland, FL, Ryan has called Rockledge home since the early 1990s and is a proud graduate of Rockledge High School. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge and leadership to W+J Construction.
Before joining the W+J team, Ryan built a strong foundation in homebuilding and renovations, gaining expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, trim, and cabinetry. His passion for construction began early, inspired by his family’s long-standing tile and carpet business, which served the Lakeland community for over 50 years.
Ryan is known for his strong leadership skills and his ability to bring people together on the job site. He takes pride in creating a productive, team-focused work environment and delivering high-quality results.
Outside of work, Ryan is an avid fisherman who enjoys all types of fishing. He’s also a fan of motocross, ball sports, and values his time spent attending church. He has two grown children and a dog named Maverick.
