Originally from Gainesville, Virginia, Mark Mitchell joins W+J Construction with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Building Construction and a minor in Real Estate from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. It’s interesting to learn that all four of the children in his family have earned construction degrees from Virginia Tech. He has followed in his family’s footsteps, working in construction since the age of 18 and brings a strong background of organization and efficient communication to the role of Assistant Project Manager at W+J Construction.
Outside of work, Mark and his wife are involved in their Melbourne Beach church and they reside in Satellite Beach. They are looking forward to welcoming their first child in May 2026. Mark also enjoys travelling, visiting his family on their farm in Virginia, working on cars, hunting deer and fishing.
