Crossmolina Amenity Center – Viera
W+J Construction was once again contracted by The Viera Company to construct the Crossmolina neighborhood’s Amenity Center, one of the newest neighborhoods in southwest Viera. This thoughtfully-designed space will serve as a gathering place for future residents and includes:
✅ A covered picnic pavilion with restrooms
✅ A covered mail kiosk
✅ A lakefront pool with paver deck and shade canopies
✅ A children’s playground
✅ A small dock
