Bright House Awards Cocoa Hub to W&J
Bright House Networks LLC has announced the award of the Cocoa Hub to W&J Construction of Rockledge. Work will commence on the high-tech facility by mid October.
BCC Science Labs Completed
The Building 5 Science Labs have been completed in time for Fall Semester on the Melbourne Campus. New fume hoods and laboratory furnishings replace the worn and out-dated equipment.
Rockledge Presbyterian Selects W&J
W&J Construction was selected as Construction Manager for improvements to the Church which was constructed in 1911. The theme for the capital campaign, is “Above and Beyond”. The word “above” refers to the new roof over Rockledge Presbyterian Church, which was installed in 2006. The “and beyond” refers to the many other repairs and improvements to RPC which will be made possible through the funds raised via a capital campaign. From life safety issues (fire alarms and smoke detectors) to electrical repairs, air conditioning and heating replacements, to a narthex refurbishment, these long-awaited enhancements will make the church a place where they can comfortably and proudly welcome others to join in worship, education and ministry. A building is a base camp for ministry in the world.
Rockledge Announces Opening of New Police Facility
The City of Rockledge will host an Open House and Dedication Ceremony on Sunday October 9, 2011 from 2:00 to 5:00. Recently completed by W&J Construction, the new facility contains 22,000 sf and is a major upgrade for the Police Department.
