The Hospice of St. Francis project is a 15,109 sf in-patient hospice facility including twelve patient rooms, accommodations for bariatric and isolation patients, a full kitchen, and a chapel among other amenities. The building has a modern design placed within a serene landscape of mature oaks and native vegetation.
Construction features include masonry/stucco exterior walls with interior structural steel and bar joists, full facility generator, med gas and vacuum systems installation, preservation of existing landscaping, and a walking path.Read more
